Before you begin your application process, please read the Application Procedure thoroughly, and collect the Required Materials. Once you have done both, please CLICK BELOW to continue to our third party background checking company; "CheckPoint". 

REQUIRED MATERIALS

  • A valid email address. Please DO NOT start the application process without a valid and functioning email address as our system will not allow you to complete or save the process without one.

  • Your Social Security number and birthdate.

  • Names, contact info, addresses, and dates lived/worked of both prior landlords and work managers, going as far back as appropriate.

  • Copy of driver’s license or other government-issued ID.

  • Verification of income i.e: 3 months of  paystubs.

  • 2-3 times the rent in income depending on your credit.

  • Clean credit (specifically no evictions, and no default judgements).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Make an appointment to view the property.  In order for your application to be considered, you MUST FIRST view the property. A confirmed appointment is required to view properties. The best way to contact our office for an appointment is by texting or calling the number below. 

  2. Fill out an application preferably online through our website below. 

  3. Email or hand deliver 3 months of paystubs or other verification of income. 

  4. Submit application fee either online or hand delivered.
